YAM-NW's mission is to foster and grow Young Adult Ministry within Vicariate 1, Deaneries DEF of the Chicago Archdiocese. Through spiritual development, service to the community, and social events, YAM-NW wants to minister to the whole Catholic Young Adult. In conjunction with the various parishes of Vicariate 1, Deaneries DEF, YAM-NW works to ensure that Young Adults have a place to deepen their relationship with God, serve others, and meet other Young Adults of faith.
 

YAM-NW's vision is the establishment of Young Adult Ministries within the interested and engaged parishes of Vicariate 1, Deaneries DEF that work in a coordinated effort to mutually assist each other in ministering to Catholic Young Adults.
